Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for small decor items, while larger furniture pieces may take 10-14 business days depending on your location and carrier availability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Splash Store ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
